A rotating list of cocktails built around vintage and rare spirits, alongside an approachable selection of French and European–inspired classics. Familiar forms, thoughtfully composed with balance, depth, and a respect for time and technique.

Wine

An eclectic wine program bringing together classic producers and emerging voices, alongside select vintage Madeira. Bottles chosen for character, depth, and the stories they carry below the surface.

Beer

A small, hand-selected offering of beers chosen for balance and character. Each selection is meant to complement the cellar, not compete with it.

Food

Executive Chef Jamie Rutherford’s French-inspired small plates echo the precision and depth of La Forêt - composed, savory bites designed for sharing alongside the cellar’s spirits and wines.
